Handcrafted Ear Plug made from black Buffalo Horn with Dinosaur Bone Inlay

In the process of agatization the spongy empty space of the dino bone (trabecular bone tissue - is an open cell porous network also called cancellous or spongy bone, which is composed of a network of rod-and plate-like) fills in the time of a million years with crystalized agate-quartz. So the bone gets fossilized. The Colour of the quartz ranges from blue-grey to orange-brown tones. The actual substance of the bone is shown as a frail network in black. In treatment of the craftsman the contrast gets underlined as a unique and unusual pattern.

Wooden tunnels and jewelry from different organic materials (e.g. wood, horn and bone) provide great comfort due to their light weight. As opposed to piercing jewelry from artificial materials or metals the development of odors while wearing them is greatly reduced. This article is available in different sizes and as custom-made oversize product. When used properly the jewelry is harmless but cannot be sterilized.

Small jewelry is not suitable for children under 3 years. Danger of swallowing!
